The Flourish Course
A 7 x module evidence-based wellbeing program providing participants with a practical toolkit of scientifically validated strategies and techniques that when applied regularly, build mental health and wellbeing.
Session 1: The Art of Flourishing - What it means to flourish; Why this is so important; Impacts and effects of mental health and wellbeing; How to live a life of flourishing.
