OUR APPROACH

Our leadership elevation programs are delivered in a warm, engaging, and relaxed manner intentionally crafted to foster deep insight and optimal learning. We offer a suite of expertly designed, multi-session programs, facilitated in intimate small group settings across half-day or full-day workshops, tailored to suit your organisation’s unique rhythm and needs.

The Flourish Course

A 7 x module wellbeing program providing participants with a practical toolkit of scientifically validated strategies and techniques that when applied regularly, have been found to build mental health and wellbeing.

With an evidence-based scientific foundation, The Flourish Course is facilitated over 7 × 1.5 hour sessions and teaches participants:

  • Session 1: The Art of Flourishing - What it means to flourish; Why this is so important; Impacts and effects of mental health and wellbeing; How to live a life of flourishing.

  • Session 2: Mindfulness in Practice - The science of mindfulness; The benefits of becoming more mindful; How to practice the skill.

  • Session 3: Your Unique Strengths - What are Character Strengths; Why they matter; What your unique strengths are; Impacts of using them.

  • Session 4: Optimising Optimism - The evidence for Optimism; The 3Ps of Optimism; On when you’re not naturally optimistic; How to reframe and shift perspectives (ABC + DE model).

  • Session 5: Growing in Gratitude - What we know about gratitude; Simple steps to profound differences; The case for growing in gratitude.

  • Session 6: Meaning and Purpose - Misconception of ‘meaning’; The 3 levels of meaning (including the one that matters most); How to live with purpose.

  • Session 7: Where to from here - Program wrap up, visioning for the future, planning for sustained behavioural change.

She Leads

She Leads is a bespoke leadership experience designed for women who are ready to reach beyond the generic leadership programs and step into something special.

Lean into high quality, insight-driven learning that creates that moment; the one where the insight drops and everything changes; more clarity, increased confidence. & elevated capability.

Taking a strengths-approach, She Leads is facilitated over 4 x sessions (10am - 3pm) and covers:

  • Session 1: She Leads with Inner Strength- Unpacking each participant’s personal signature strengths profile, this session helps participants understand not just what they’re good at, but why those strengths matter, and how to intentionally use them to create greater impact and fulfilment

  • Session 2: She Leads with Social & Emotional Intelligence - Learn how to navigate human dynamics with greater ease and confidence. Tune into what others need, communicate in ways that land, and respond to pressure without losing your centre so you can build trust faster, handle tricky conversations with grace, and lead in ways that elevate both people and performance.

  • Session 3: She Leads with Influence - Expanding sense of purpose and influence, this session helps participants step into leadership that is intentional, values‑aligned, and deeply impactful. Explore how to use strengths to shape culture authentically and lead with the kind of clarity and conviction that creates lasting change.

  • Session 4: She Leads with Impact - close the program by reflecting on key insights, shifts, and moments of growth across the journey. This final session is all about honouring how far participants have come; celebrating the strengths they’ve claimed, the habits they’ve reshaped, and the leader they’re becoming. Finish strong by setting clear, intentional “what’s next” commitments, leaving with focus and practical steps forward.

Targeted Elevation Programs

Bespoke programs tailored to your organisation’s capability framework and/or identified areas of learning need.

We take a data-driven approach to our program design to ensure that the journey we take your leaders lands with impact. Where available, we can use training needs analysis outcomes, organisational surveys (i.e. engagement results) or a pre-existing capability framework to guide the development process.
