Executive & Leadership Coaching

Phase 1: Discovery and alignment

  • Confidential consultation with key stakeholders to unearth others’ views of the individual’s strengths, challenges, and blind spots. Gain organisational context through understanding the individual’s role, division & responsibilities

Phase 2: Leadership profiling and personal insight

  • Administration of personality survey/s to help the individual achieve deeper level insights into preferences, style, shadow areas, and values to underpin the program.

Phase 3: Individual debrief and goal setting

  • Exploration of insights gained through consultation & survey results Understanding personal impact and influence Setting program goals that are mutually beneficial for the individual and the organisation

Phase 4: Ongoing coaching conversations

  • Regular coaching conversations offering a confidential space for reflection, challenge, and growth. Each conversation is tailored, drawing on psychological frameworks, real time experience, and the leader’s evolving needs.
