She Leads

Lift your leadership, change the game.

She Leads is an exclusive psychology-based development experience for women who want to lift their leadership & change the game; for themselves, their businesses, & the Border region.

What you’ll experience…

She Leads is a bespoke leadership experience designed for women who are ready to reach beyond the generic leadership programs and step into something special.

Lean into high quality, insight-driven learning that creates that moment; the one where the insight drops and everything changes.

More clarity, increased confidence. & elevated capability.

She Leads is a program tailor made for women who are:

  • Proactively preparing for their step-up or have recently stepped-into leadership (aspiring and emerging leaders);

  • Currently leading a team (seasoned leaders), and/or;

  • Leading a business or enterprise (business owners and executive leaders).

She Leads is delivered over 4-sessions (9 weeks duration), face-to face in the scenic Albury-Wodonga border region. We have selected the beautiful Executive Cottage @ La Maison (Lincoln Causeway, Wodonga) to help us create just the right atmosphere for the program.

Each session runs between 10am - 3pm (to enable school-hour and other out-of-work commitments), with 3 weeks between each session to allow time for reflection and integration.

Facilitated in small-groups, She Leads purposefully creates a foundation of psychological safety that unlocks genuine insight, meaningful connection, and real growth. The program is geared to help participants build lasting relationships with like‑minded local women; connections that support them, challenge them, and continue long after the program ends.

By leaning into the full experience, you’ll grow into the leader you know you can be: more grounded, more intentional, and more capable of helping others rise to their potential.

What you’ll learn…

Session 1: She Leads with Inner Strength

We begin the program with a session dedicated to helping you unpacking your unique leadership strengths profile, giving you a clear and grounded understanding of the value you bring to the table.

This session will help you understand not just what you’re good at, but why those strengths matter, and how to intentionally use them to create greater impact and fulfilment.

You’ll leave with a sharper sense of who you are as a leader, why you lead the way you do, and how to intentionally leverage your natural style to create more impact, confidence, and ease in your day‑to‑day leadership.

Session 2: She Leads with Intelligence

In a world where technical skills abound, your real edge is found in how you connect. In the ‘age of fake’, it matters now more than ever how you read a room, build trust, and create the kind of relationships that make people want to follow your lead.

This session will focus on strengthening your social and emotional intelligence so you can navigate human dynamics with greater ease and confidence. You’ll learn how to tune into what others need, communicate in ways that land, and respond to pressure without losing your centre. This will help you to build trust faster, handle tricky conversations with grace, and lead in ways that elevate both people and performance.

Session 3: She Leads with Impact

This session expands your sense of purpose and influence, helping you step into leadership that is intentional, values‑aligned, and deeply impactful. You’ll explore how to use your strengths to shape culture in ways that feel authentic to you, and how to lead with the kind of clarity and conviction that creates lasting change in your team, your organisation, and your wider community.

As part of this session, we welcome a local leadership icon for an intimate “fire-side chat” with the group. She’ll share the real story behind her journey… the highs, the lows, the pivots, and the lessons that shaped her. You’ll be given a rare, behind‑the‑scenes look at what leadership in the spotlight really takes. It’ll be a highlight of the program (and we suspect will be talked about long after the program ends!).

Program wrap: She Leads with Intent

We close the program by reflecting on your key insights, shifts, and moments of growth across the journey. This final session is all about honouring how far you’ve come; celebrating the strengths you’ve claimed, the habits you’ve reshaped, and the leader you’re becoming.

You’ll finish by setting clear, intentional “what’s next” commitments so you leave with focus, practical steps forward, and a sense of connection with each other that we know will continue well beyond the program.

It will be a beautiful and energising close to an unforgettable shared experience.
